This policy explains, in line with Article 10 of Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), which personal data Voice Go processes, why and how.
1. Data controller

2. Content of business customers
Text that business customers voice and recordings they upload for transcription may contain personal data (for example, a customer's voice in a call recording). For this content, the customer organization is the data controller and Voice Go acts only as a data processor on its instructions. People in this content should first contact the relevant organization to exercise their rights. Obligations between Voice Go and the organization are set out in the Data Processing Agreement.

Data is deleted, destroyed or anonymized when its retention period ends.
4. How data is collected
Data is collected electronically: directly from you when you open an account, fill in the demo form, use the studio or write to us, and automatically (technical records) when you use the website.
5. Who data is shared with
Personal data is shared, only as far as necessary, with the following groups of recipients that help us provide the service:
- Cloud infrastructure and hosting providers: running the website, database and file storage.
- AI service providers: converting text to speech, transcribing recordings, summaries, translation and extracting text from images.
- Competent public authorities: only where required by law.
Some of these providers have servers abroad (in the European Union and the United States), so data is transferred abroad. Transfers abroad are carried out in line with Article 9 of the KVKK. You can request the list of providers as described in section 9. Data is never sold or shared for advertising.
6. Security
Data is encrypted in transit with TLS and stored in the providers' encrypted storage. Each user can access only their own data, enforced by database-level access rules. Files uploaded for transcription are accessed only through time-limited signed links.
7. Children
The service is not intended for people under 18.
8. Your rights (KVKK Art. 11)
You may contact Voice Go to:
- Find out whether your personal data is processed,
- Request information about the processing,
- Learn the purpose of the processing and whether data is used accordingly,
- Know the third parties, in Türkiye or abroad, to whom data is transferred,
- Ask for incomplete or inaccurate data to be corrected,
- Ask for data to be deleted or destroyed under the conditions in KVKK Art. 7,
- Ask for the actions under items 5 and 6 to be notified to third parties who received the data,
- Object to a decision against you that results solely from automated analysis,
- Claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.
9. How to apply
Send your request in writing to our address, or from the email address registered in our system to hello@voicego.net, in line with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller. Requests are answered free of charge within 30 days.
