AI voiceover for e-learning and corporate training videos

E-learning content changes often: regulations change, products are updated, processes evolve. With Voice Go you generate the narration of your training videos from text and update changed sections by regenerating only the affected paragraph. Using the same narrator voice across all modules gives learners a consistent experience.

Who it's for: HR and L&D teams, instructional designers, LMS administrators, training content creators

Sample course introduction

In this module, you'll learn the core principles of occupational health and safety. First, we'll look at why risk assessment matters, then we'll walk through three common hazards you may encounter in your workplace. A short quiz awaits you at the end of the module.

The problems with traditional voiceover

The cost of updates

Even a change to a single slide means bringing the voice actor back.

Inconsistency between modules

Modules produced at different times end up with different voices and audio quality.

Long production cycles

Recording, editing and revision rounds can delay a course launch by weeks.

What changes with Voice Go?

Paragraph-level revisions

Regenerate only the paragraph that changed and leave the rest of the video untouched.

A fixed narrator voice

Use the same voice across your entire catalog to build a recognizable learning identity.

A comfortable pace

Use the speed control to slow down for technical topics and keep summaries brisk.

Consistent terminology

Standardize internal abbreviations and product names with the pronunciation dictionary.

Pick a calm, clear voice for training and adjust the speed to the density of the topic.

  3. 3

Generate and add to your video

Frequently asked questions

Can I voice long training scripts in one go?

Yes. We recommend splitting your script into paragraphs; each paragraph is generated separately and joined in order. That way you can later regenerate only the paragraph that changed.

Which tools can I use the audio files in?

MP3 files are widely supported by video editors, e-learning authoring tools and learning management systems (LMS).

Are technical terms and abbreviations read correctly?

Most terms are read correctly. Add company-specific abbreviations and borrowed terms to the pronunciation dictionary once and they'll be read the same way in every module.

Can we localize our training into other languages?

Once your team or a translation tool has translated the script, you can voice it with our multilingual voices. Because the same voice can speak several languages, your narrator identity stays consistent.
