AI voiceover for call center and IVR prompts

IVR (interactive voice response) prompts are a caller's first contact with your brand. With Voice Go you write your welcome, menu, on-hold and after-hours prompts as text, voice them in minutes with an AI voice that fits your corporate tone, and download audio files ready to upload to your phone system. When a campaign, holiday or menu change comes up, you simply edit the text instead of re-recording the prompt.

Who it's for: Call center managers, customer experience teams, telephony administrators

Sample welcome and menu prompt

Welcome to our company. Your call may be recorded to help us improve our service. For card services, press one. For account services, press two. For loan applications, press three. To speak to a customer representative, please press zero.

The problems with traditional voiceover

Every change means a new recording

Adding a single menu option restarts the whole cycle of voice actor, studio and approvals.

Inconsistent voices across prompts

Prompts recorded at different times by different people leave callers with a fragmented brand experience.

Too slow in urgent situations

Time-critical messages such as outages, weather or high-volume notices can take hours or even days to go live.

What changes with Voice Go?

Updates in minutes

Edit the text and regenerate; the new prompt reaches your phone system the same day.

One voice, one brand

Produce every prompt with the same voice; a prompt added months later sounds exactly like the first one.

Correct pronunciation

Define brand, product and campaign names once in the pronunciation dictionary and they're read correctly in every prompt.

Multilingual service

Create English, German or Arabic versions of the same prompt for international callers.

  3. 3

Frequently asked questions

What audio format do IVR prompts need?

Voice Go produces MP3 files. Many phone systems require WAV (often 8 kHz, mono) or their own formats; you can convert the MP3 with your phone system's conversion tool or a free audio converter. On the Enterprise plan we can help deliver files in the exact format you need.

How quickly can I change my prompts?

Updating the text in the studio and regenerating takes a few minutes. The total time is usually determined by uploading to your phone system and your internal approval steps.

Are the menu numbers read correctly?

Yes. The safest approach is to spell numbers out ("press one"). You can also add abbreviations and brand names to the pronunciation dictionary so they're read the same way in every prompt.

Will an AI voice sound robotic to callers?

Modern AI voices adjust stress and intonation to the meaning of each sentence, so the flat, robotic effect of older phone system voices is largely gone. You can listen in the studio and compare voices before going live.

Can I use the prompts commercially?

Yes. On all plans, the right to use the generated audio in phone systems, ads and other commercial contexts is included.
